Kansas-based Textron Aviation Inc. can be subject to a lawsuit in Washington state after an in-state crash because of Washington’s long-arm statute, constitutional requirements and the application of a recent ruling from the U.S. Supreme Court, the Washington State Court of Appeals held April 14.
