“These filings are going up and we are handling a lot of them,” Stephanie A. Sheridan, an executive committee member with Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff, said. “And there are a lot more threat letters that are out there. Without revealing the number, the amount that we are dealing with right now are keeping a number of people in my department pretty much full-time busy.”
